We offer a wide variety of floor maintenance packages to our customers. For most floors, we recommend a "Strip and Wax" service that is perfect for any vinyl composition tile floors that needs a thorough cleaning. We strip the floors of all surface scratches, scuffs, dirt etc. and clean every tile until it looks superb. Then, we apply three coats of high quality wax that gives the floor a shine you have to see to believe.

For floors that have been well maintained and need a good touch-up, we offer a scrub and wax package that will remove simple surface imperfections and dirt. This service utilizes a 300 pound head pressure machine to attend to every tile making sure they are clean and ready for a coat of our high finish wax. We clean the edges around the room and make sure the floor is ready for buisness.

Lastly, once a floor has been comprehensively cleaned and refinished with our premium wax, we offer a burnishing service. This gives the tile a finishing shine that will make simple maintenance in the future a breeze.

For many of our customers, we do a "Strip and Wax" once a year and in between we maintain the floors monthly, weekly, and in some cases daily.
