Our team has been stripping and waxing Vinyl Composition Tile floors for over seven years now. We specialize in floor maintenance / refinishing, and janitorial services. We have taken some of the most ugly, neglected floors and made them look like new again. Our floor finish chemicals and sealers have a composition of polymers with at least a 25% solids to liquid ratio giving you a shine and protection that lasts the longest in the industry.

We charge .20 a square foot for a strip and wax with a minimum of 1,500 square feet. We charge .10 a square foot for a deep scrub and recoat. We also offer carpet cleaning services which are .10 a square foot.

We charge 75.00 per 1,500 square feet for a high-speed burnish which gives a floor that glossy, “wet look” that many businesses desire.
